2. What can I find in the hotel?

The business center located at the 4th floor lobby area provide basic business support services such as fax services and use of computer with internet connection.

We also have function rooms (levels 4 and 5) which are available for rent depending on use and capacity. Other services such as catering and equipment are also available. You may check out the hotel's recreational facilities like the swimming pool (level 5) and gym (level 6).

You may also try out C2 Classic Cuisine when you're looking for a place to dine. You may also visit Ministop located at the 4th floor lobby.

If you need to pamper yourself with a rejuvenating body massage, you can dial 7400 to avail in-room massage treatments.

3. Are there any shopping centers near the hotel?

Robinsons Fuente, a commercial complex that offers an array of other dining and shopping options including the Robinsons Supermarket is directly accessible though the ground and 3rd level. Summit Circle Cebu is located in a historical address at the heart of the newly developed commercial district in uptown Cebu. The hotel's rooms look out to the historical Fuente Osmeña Circle which was formerly a skating rink, events venue and park, now a jogging venue. 5. Do you have a dining facilities in the hotel?

Yes, C2 Classic Cuisine, located on the 4th level, serve buffet breakfast and a la carte meals for lunch and dinner. The hotel outlet offers the most palatable modern Filipino dishes all prepared in an open, interactive kitchen.

An array of other dining options is also available at Robinsons Fuente located below the hotel or at Robinsons Cybergate located across the Fuente Osmena circle.

6. What and where are the local tourist attractions?

All the main tourist attractions in Cebu, such as the Minor Basilica of the Santo Nino, Magellan's Cross, Casa Gorordo Museum, Fort San Pedro, Mt. View, Tabuan market, etc., are located within a 30 km. radius from Summit Circle Cebu or an average travel time of 10- 15 minutes depending on the traffic. 24 hour public transport is readily available at the street level or you may call the front desk to make transport arrangements.

8. How far is the airport from the hotel?

Summit Circle Cebu hotel is approximately 15 kilometers or 40 minutes away from the Mactan International Airport depending on the traffic.

9. Do I need to prepare a cash deposit upon check-in?

Since on- line booking requires advanced payment of the room charges, only the deposit for incidental charges through either cash or credit card shall be required upon check in.

10. Can I use my credit card to pay for another person's bookings and vice versa?

Yes. Please be reminded that prior confirmation of the booking it is understood that the booker and the credit card owner have agreed to this arrangement and that refund shall not be honored.

11. In what currency do I need to pay for my stay at the hotel?

We accept payments in local as well as selected foreign currencies, such as US, Australian, Canadian, Hongkong, Singapore dollars, Euro, Japanese Yen, and British pounds.

12. What is the earliest time I can check in? What is the latest time I can check out?

Standard check-in time is 2:00PM. Check out is at 12:00NN. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

13. Do you have any parking spaces available within the hotel complex?

Parking facilities are available at the 3rd and 4th floor of the hotel.

14. What is the minimum number of nights I must book?

You need to book for at least one (1) night.

15. What is the maximum number of nights I can book?

You can only book for up to ten (10) consecutive nights subject to confirmation of room availability.

16. How many rooms can I book at a time?

You can book for five (5) rooms at a time. If you wish to book more than five (5) rooms, you will be required to log in again to book for your 6th room.

17. What if I want to book for more than 20 rooms?

Booking for more than 20 rooms are considered as corporate bookings. Please log on to www.summitcirclehotel.com and click on corporate bookings.

18. Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking subject to a cancellation fee of Php 500.00 per room, per night (inclusive of VAT and SC) and provided that you have followed the regulations below:
i. All changes must be made 48 hours before 2:00pm of your scheduled check-in date.
ii. Summit Circle Cebu Front Office must be informed of the cancellation through (6332) 239-3000 or reservations@summitcirclehotel.com.
iii. If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before 2:00PM of your schedule check-in date, total payment shall be deemed forfeited in favor of Summit Circle Cebu.

Note: The amount you paid will be refunded in full less the cancellation fee. Bookings at promo rates are non-cancelable, non-refundable, non-changeable.

19. Can I transfer my booking to another person?

Changes in booking details such as but not limited to change in name, check-in date, number of rooms, number of nights, add-ons are allowed provided that applicable charges are paid and subject to the following regulations:
i. All changes must be made 48 hours before 2:00pm of your scheduled check-in date.
ii. Php 500.00 per room per night (inclusive of VAT and service charge) for every change in booking detail shall apply for these type of changes.
iii. Summit Circle Cebu Front Office must be informed of the changes in booking details through (6332) 239-3000 or reservations@summitcirclehotel.com. You may also log in to www.summitcirclehotel.comto make any changes in your booking.
iii. The change shall only be confirmed when all charges are fully paid. All charges for change in booking details can be paid through cash or credit card. Cash payments are only allowed through the front office cashier and are only applicable for changes in booking details other than booking date/s.

20. How do I cancel my bookings or change my booking details?

Log on to www.summitcirclehotel.comwhere you may view your bookings and make necessary changes to it. You may also call the hotel via trunkline (6332) 239-3000 or email: reservations@summitcirclehotel.com.

21. Can I ask for refund of my bookings?

Summit Circle Cebu Hotel does not provide any refunds of payments.

22. Are prices of breakfast meals included in the rate?

Yes, room rates are inclusive of breakfast. You may enjoy your breakfast at the C2 Classic Cuisine from 6:00 A.M to 10:00 A.M.

23. Where is breakfast served and at what times?

Breakfast is served at C2 Classic Cuisine, 4th level, daily from 6:00am to 10:00am.

24. Can I make changes in my booking?

Yes, you can but with a charge. We shall apply Php 1000 for every change in booking details per room per night, i.e. Php 1000 x number of rooms with change in booking details x number of nights. Changes in booking details refer to name, date, number of rooms and number of nights. You may log in to www.summitcirclehotel.com for any changes. Bookings at promo rates are non-cancelable, non-refundable, and non-changeable.

25. Can I access the internet at the hotel?

Summit Circle Hotel has free Wi-Fi access in all rooms and all areas within the hotel.

26. What are the amenities inside the hotel room?

Each room is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a 21"-27" Flat Screen TV with cable, option of two (2) single beds, one (1) double bed or (1) king bed, full vanity mirror, (2) pillows, chiropractic pillows, duvet, in- room phone, in-room safe, bath towel, hot and cold shower, single-use soap and shampoo, toilet paper, single couch, (2) bottled water, and stationery sets.

27. Does the room come with shampoo and soap?

Yes, rooms come with shampoo and soap. Should you require more toiletries, kindly call our housekeeping. Toiletries and personal items are also available at the gift shop at the 4th floor and at the adjacent mall.

28. Are extra beds available?

Yes, extra beds are included in the extra person charge of Php1000 with breakfast and Php750 without breakfast.

29. Do the rooms have windows?

All hotel rooms have windows.

30. Are housekeeping services available?

Housekeeping services is provided daily from 11:00AM to 2:00PM. Just hang the "Make Up Room" sign on the door should you want to have your room cleaned.

31. How much are your room rates?

Summit Circle Cebu room rates vary depending on booking, timing, season, and demand. Availability is limited. 32. Can I change my room type upon check in?

Yes, you can, but requests are subject to room availability, applicable charges and rate difference at the time of check-in.

33. Can I smoke inside the rooms?

Only on smoking floor rooms located at levels 8 and 9.

34. Can children stay unaccompanied in the Hotel?

No, children below eighteen (18) years should be accompanied by an adult while staying in the Hotel.

35. Are guests allowed in the hotel room?

Yes, you are allowed to entertain guests inside the room up to 10:00PM only. Hold of group parties in the guestrooms are not allowed as this will create noise and disturb the other guests.

36. What are the house rules of Summit Circle Cebu Hotel?

For everybody's safety and protection, bringing in of any hazardous items inside the hotel premises such as, but not limited to, malodorous articles, explosive, volatile of flammable materials, firearms, illegal drugs, alcoholic beverages, biohazards, heavy machinery and electronic/ electric appliances which may interfere or obstruct with the computer networks/ systems are strictly prohibited. Likewise all illegal activities such as but not limited to, all forms of gambling and prostitution are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the proper authority. Use of loud music and creating loud noises are not allowed. Vandalism is strictly prohibited and shall be prosecuted. Use of cooking equipment is not allowed and that damage to the room shall be on the account of the guest. Guests carrying licensed firearms are required to surrender said items to Summit Circle security department.

37. Can we resell our rooms to others?

Reselling of rooms is strictly not allowed and will not be honored.

38. What if I do not return my keycard?

Should you be unable to return the keycard, or wish to keep it as a souvenir, there will be a PHP 100.00 charge. You are encouraged to return your keycard to the Front Desk for the use of the next guest.

39. What if I lose my towel?

Should you be unable to return the towel, or wish to keep it as a souvenir, there will be a PHP 300.00 charge.

40. Can I leave my luggage at the front desk?

You may approach our Concierge at the lobby and our staff shall be glad to assist you should you wish to store your luggage.

41. Can I make a booking on behalf of another person?

Yes, you can. Just key in the Guest Name(s) (First Name and Last Name/Surname) when making bookings and reservations. Passport number for foreign guests, and any valid ID for Filipinos locals, is required.

42. If I am making a booking for two or more people, do I need to provide all guest names?

Only one name is required per room. The person whose name appears in the booking confirmation must be the same person checking-in. Passport (for foreign guests), and any valid ID for local guests, both of which should correspond to the document used when booking, should be presented upon check-in. Other names can be added to the list of registered guests during check-in.

43. How do I pay for my room?

You can pay for your room online using a credit card. If you do not have a credit card, you also have the option to settle charges via bank deposit at a Robinsons Bank branch. Walk-in guests may pay over-the-counter at the Front Desk through cash or credit card.

44. Is there a swimming pool in the hotel?

Yes, there is one outdoor swimming pool, located on the 5th level. Open from 10:00 A.M to 9:00 P.M, from Sunday to Thursday and 10:00 A.M to 11:00 P.M every Friday and Saturday..

45. How do I check if I have successfully made a booking?

A Confirmation Number or an Electronic Receipt will be provided after every successful booking. A copy of your booking reference will be sent to your nominated email address or you may log on to www.summitcirclehotel.com to view your bookings accordingly.

46. Do I need to print out my booking reservation?

We advise you to print out your Electronic Receipt for a smooth check in at the reception area. Otherwise, just present a valid identification and confirm your booking details at the front desk.

47. Do you offer laundry services to guests?

Yes, we offer laundry services for a fee. Cut-off time for pick-up is 6:00 pm. With delivery on the following day. For express laundry with same day pick-up and delivery, double charges will apply. Express laundry cut off time for pick up is 2:00pm.

48. Do you arrange sightseeing tours?

Divaishani Tour Desk located at the 4th floor lobby is available for your sightseeing inquiries.

49. What services are available at the hotel in case of an emergency?

We have a nurse on call during the day from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. During weekends, the Duty Managers shall be on call. The nearest hospitals Chong Hua Hospital and Cebu Doctor's University Hospital are approximately 1 km away from the hotel and takes around 5 minutes by car.
